She Shall Be Called Woman (SHE) Masterpiece of Creation - This is a parish-based women’s program that fosters a supportive environment for spiritual growth. Each content year of SHE consists of two 9-week seasons - one in the fall and one in the spring. Each meeting consists of 3 essential elements: fellowship with refreshments, video presentation, and discussion within small groups. Each season features speakers from diverse stages of life. These inspiring women offer participants deeper insight into Scriptural teachings, theological truths, and practical wisdom. St. Dymphna Prayer Group - Started by the St. Dymphna Mental Health Ministry team, this prayer/support group is for those experiencing mental health challenges and addictions, including friends and family. We meet on Tuesdays from 9:00 - 10:00 AM in the Cry Room. All are welcome.

The “Becoming Catholic” ministry offers you the opportunity to be a Sponsor!
What does a Sponsor do? Sponsors serve as companions and friends to Inquirers in the Christian Initiation process. They represent the parish community and the Church.
What is the time commitment? Tuesday evenings from August to Easter, some Saturdays for retreats and service opportunities, and a couple of Sunday Masses to celebrate liturgical rituals along the way.
Do Sponsors teach? No, but they help facilitate conversation with Inquirers, and get to share their own faith journey stories.

Let His Mission Be Yours
This weekend, the Annual Faith & Works Appeal continues in our Diocese. It takes place at Masses in all parishes in eastern Oklahoma. The Appeal supports essential diocesan ministries that no single parish can do on its own.
This includes seminarian and deacon candidate formation, marriage and family life, evangelization, children and youth protection, and ministries of mercy.
Where does the money go? Throughout 78 parishes and 2 missions in Eastern Oklahoma. The various categories of ministries and percentage of support of the Appeal are:

Church of Saint Benedict is currently at ($157,507) 94.32% of our parish goal of $167,000. The overall goal of the Faith & Works Appeal throughout the entire Diocese for this year is $2.5 million.
If you have already received in the mail a letter and have made or renewed a commitment, thank you and God bless your generosity. If you have not yet done so, you will have the opportunity to donate at Mass this weekend. I ask you to prayerfully consider donating this year. Pledges can also be made online here.

Tulsa Catholic Men’s Conference
Saturday, October 10 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tulsa Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center
The Inaugural Tulsa Catholic Men’s Conference will bring an encounter with God’s universal love through the Church to the men of eastern Oklahoma. Participants will experience generous hospitality, receive high-quality formation, and unite in worship.
We are excited to welcome Fr. John Ezratty and Keith Nester as our keynote speakers, with additional speakers and details to be announced soon. The day will begin with Holy Mass at 8:30 AM and continue with talks, fellowship, prayer, and encouragement for Catholic men throughout the day.
This year, we are especially looking to St. Joseph as the patron and model for the conference. Our focus will be on motivating men to boldly spread the Gospel, faithfully lead their families, and imitate the humility, obedience, courage, and quiet strength of St. Joseph in their daily lives.

This pilgrimage is a two-day 35 mile walk, ending with a pontifical high Mass at Clear Creek Abbey. Pilgrims camp overnight along the way; larger packs nd gear will be shuttled to each campsite. We walk in reparation for offenses committed against our Holy Mother Church, in defense of the traditional family, and for the sanctity of life. The Three Hearts Pilgrimage is modeled after France's Chartres pilgrimage.
